1. Return & Exchange Conditions

We stand behind the quality of our men's shoes. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The shoes you received have manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching flaws, sole separation) or damage upon arrival.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and include all tags/packaging.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue

  • We’ll propose a solution within 24 hours:

    • Replacement (for defects/damage)

    • Partial refund (if minor issues)

    • Full refund (if unresolved)

Step 2: Return Shipping

  • Defective/damaged items: We’ll email a prepaid return label.

  • Non-defective returns: Buyer covers return shipping.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

  • Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked at purchase).

  • Shoes worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

  • We’re not liable for:

    • Improper use or wear/tear.

    • Incorrect sizing (check our size guide before ordering).

  • Disputes will be resolved based on return policy terms.
