Please note that at Runeasily, taxes on all products and orders are already included in the total order price and we do not collect taxes from any seller.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Areas:
We ship to all continental United States excluding Alaska 、Hawaii、U.S. territories and military zones .We do not ship to PO boxes.
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Rates:
Orders $150 and over qualify for free standard shipping.（Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-20 days after dispatch.）
Orders under $149.99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99. （Economy Shipping: Delivered within 10-25 days after dispatch.）
You can also choose express shipping for faster delivery, with an additional fee of $14.99.（Express Shipping: Delivered within 6-12 days after dispatch）
Carrier:
We will choose different carriers according to different delivery addresses. Currently, we cooperate with: UPS, USPS, Fedex, YunExpress, etc.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Runeasily is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Besides ,you can contact us for help,we will offer help we can do.
